About Me...

My name is Jason and I am the Owner of Freedom Transmissions located in the Thumb of Michigan. I started my career right out of high school at 18 years old and have had years of ongoing experience and advances in this field. I started out at the local dealerships after finishing college, and worked my way up to Ford Motor Company, earning my Ford Senior Master Tech Recognition. I moved on from there to Roush Industries, where I added Hybrid and Electrical Research and Development training, applying these concepts in the lab. After a while, I relocated down to the Ozarks where I ran my first transmission business, eventually moving back up to Michigan, settling here in the Thumb. I was employed for GM's Technical Assistance Center before deciding to open another business up here to meet the needs of the community.
